The client's mining area has poor road conditions with many uphill sections. To ensure work efficiency, the trucks need to carry large quantities of bauxite on each trip. This requires not only a chassis with sufficient load-bearing capacity but also a truck with enough horsepower. Ultimately, we recommended a 430-horsepower Weichai engine paired with a partially triple-layer chassis, which offers both high load-bearing capacity and strong power.

The client had previously used Howo trucks and preferred their classic design, which gave them a more imposing presence. We also installed reinforced bumpers, underbody protection, and headlight protection on his cab to prevent gravel from scratching the chassis or damaging critical components. Furthermore, given the high ambient temperature, we equipped his cab with an improved air conditioning system for enhanced cooling to ensure workers comfortable.

The customer needs this truck to operate continuously, but in dusty environments, the air filter quickly becomes clogged with dust. Furthermore, high humidity and temperature shorten the filter paper's lifespan, requiring frequent air filter replacements. A failed air filter could also damage the engine. Therefore, we equipped the customer with an oil bath air filter, which is more reliable and maintains its high-efficiency filtration performance simply by adding oil for continuous cleaning.
